Seeking art!

A new muse of mine is in need of a digital makeover. She is an MLP original species called a Kotem, I have not had the time to make and colour a digital image of her so I need your help!
She is about the same height as Luna as the Kotem are not ponies and are taller naturally. Her mane is long and is often kept in a loose braid to one side, her bangs are also long and cover most of the right side of her face.
She has trihorns, two large ones curving back and a smaller one lower on her forehead. Her hooves are cloven and her tail is long with long hair at it's tip like traditional unicorns. Her wings are large and feathered with a claw on the knuckle.
Colour wise she is a dark cool grey with a black mane, her horns are a neon blue as well as her hooves and claws. Her mouth sports sharp canines as the Kotem are an omnivorous species.
